    Yes. Spanish banks finance non-residents, subject to profile and documentation.
  • How much can I borrow?
    Typically 60–70% of the property value for non-residents.
  • Do I need to be in Spain?
    Most of the process can be handled remotely, and we guide you every step of the way. However, in some specific cases, you may need to travel to Spain to open a bank account or sign at the notary, unless a power of attorney is arranged.

    On average, 6–8 weeks depending on the bank and documentation.
